TickPass

Terms of service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

TickPass is a service of Routless (Rami Baryhe), Israel. These terms cover businesses that use TickPass and customers who hold a TickPass card. Questions: support@routless.co.il.

For customers

  • Your card belongs to one business and its rules: how many stamps a reward takes, what the reward is and any terms on the card. The business gives the stamps and the rewards, not Routless.
  • A card is personal and can't be passed on. Stamps are added only by the business's staff.
  • The business may change or end its card program. Rewards already unlocked are the business's to honor.

For businesses

  • You decide your card's rules and rewards and you honor them. You are responsible for what you write on the card and for the messages you send.
  • Deals and news may go only to customers who agreed to receive them; TickPass records that consent and sends nothing else as advertising.
  • Keep staff PINs and pairing links private. You can sign devices out from the dashboard at any time.
  • Plans and prices are shown before you subscribe. There is no commitment: you can stop at the end of any month.

The service

  • We work to keep TickPass available and cards up to date, but Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are run by Apple and Google, and updates can be delayed. A stamp is saved even if the update to the phone is late.
  • The service is provided as is. As far as the law allows, Routless is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to what the business paid in the last three months.
  • We may change these terms; we'll tell businesses before a change that affects them takes effect.
  • Israeli law applies, and the courts of Haifa have jurisdiction.
